Ingredients:
- 1?papaya, cut into chunks
- 1 cup?fat-free plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup?fresh pineapple chunks
- 1 scoop of vanilla Live Rite
- 1/2 cup?crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon?coconut extract
- 1 teaspoon?ground flax-seed
Directions:
- Combine the papaya, yogurt, pineapple, ice, coconut extract, flax-seed, and Live Rite in your blender. Process for about 30 seconds, or until smooth and frosty.
